Our Help Desk provides you technical and user support for internet based videoconferencing and CCC LIVE HD video streaming.  In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.  Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.  A valid California Community College email address is required to submit a ticket.  How-to documentation can be found by clicking  3CMeNow How To Documentation
